The official meeting to launch Moms for Freedom World was held September 26 in Skopje, Macedonia with moms representing seven countries in attendance. Washington, D.C. – Today, Moms for America® is strongly against the Democrats in Washington that are threatening to shut down the government unless their demands are met, but the issues they are holding hostage are not in the best interests of American families.

Democrats are insisting on:

1. Expanding Obamacare subsidies – locking families into a failing system rather than offering real, affordable choices.
2. Reversing Medicaid reforms – undoing needed changes that encourage responsibility and sustainability.
3. Blocking spending rescissions – demanding that Washington continue wasteful spending instead of tightening its belt like hardworking families are forced to do every day.
4. Political posturing over meetings and negotiations – using government funding as leverage to force their healthcare agenda.

These are not reasons to shut down the government. They are partisan wish-list items that do nothing to make life better for moms, dads, and children struggling under record prices and economic uncertainty.

What’s worse, every shutdown wastes even more taxpayer dollars. It costs billions to close down government operations and then restart them, money that could be better spent easing burdens on families. Moms across America know you don’t spend more just to make a point.

Government shutdowns harm families, veterans, small businesses, and communities. Instead of holding the country hostage to expand bureaucracy, Congress should focus on relief for families, restoring affordability, and protecting our freedoms.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Moms for America® announced its participation as a proud member of the newly launched America 250 Civics Education Coalition, a nationwide partnership of more than 40 organizations working to renew patriotism, strengthen civic literacy, and inspire Americans of all ages to cherish our founding principles as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary.

The Coalition, headed by the America First Policy Institute in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Education and Secretary Linda E. The Coalition’s motto is “Know America. Love America.”

This has been a very hard and heavy week for America. Many tears have been shed.  Many hearts broken, many prayers said, and knees bent. The loss of Charlie Kirk has sent ripples through the nation. But it was the voice of a mother, Charlie’s wife Erika, that echoed around the world and pierced our hearts in her first address after her husband’s tragic death.

Erika is not only the mother of Charlie’s beautiful children, but she is also now the mother of the movement he started, the legacy he left—one she is fervently committed to preserving and growing. And I have no doubt she will because this is a mother’s heart, and she, like so many mothers across the nation and around the world, know very well what is at stake.

Unfortunately, there are still too many people who don’t, or can’t, grasp the depths of where we are or why it should matter to us. So, let the voice of this mother try and help you understand.

For the last four years, I have been speaking to thousands of mothers across the country and around the world with one specific message. A voice of warning. It was a message God put heavy on my heart, and I knew I had to deliver it.  Every speech I gave, every audience I addressed, no matter how small or how big, included that message. I will share that same message with you today.

We are at war. Most of us don’t even realize it. But it wages every day. It isn’t about politics, political parties, right versus left, race or gender. It is a war of good and evil. The same war that has raged since the dawn of time but now it is in its most desperate hour. The forces of evil are evident, mounted against us at every turn with one objective – kill God and enslave the people.

Branson, MO – Today, Moms for America® applauds that the White House took decisive and necessary action by removing Susan Monarez as Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This move reflects a critical turning point in safeguarding scientific integrity and advancing a pro-health agenda.

Under her brief leadership, only a month in, Director Monarez clashed with Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s leadership to reshape vaccine policy. She allegedly resisted policy reversals that she believed “contradicted scientific evidence” and potentially violated legal standards.

Moms for America supports the firing not as a blunt political maneuver but as an affirmation of public trust. We recognize that the CDC leadership must align with President Trump’s “Making America Healthy Again” agenda and as a Senate confirmation, only the President has the constitutional authority to issue such a dismissal, which was legally invoked. We need leadership at the CDC that respects the agency’s mission, remains accountable to the public, and upholds data-driven policy over partisan or ideologically motivated interference.

Moms for America urges the restoration of transparency in CDC processes, full oversight by the Senate HELP Committee in light of the agency’s sharp new direction, and a renewed commitment to an evidence-based public health strategy that protects children and families, rebuilds trust in preventive measures, and resists politicization.

Our message is clear: public health must be led by trusted, accountable figures committed to data, safety, and the well-being of all Americans, not ideology or misinformation.

At a moment when innocent lives were in danger, prayer was not a political gesture, it was a lifeline. Dismissing or mocking the role of prayer in such moments is not only insensitive, it is a direct insult to parents, children, and communities of faith who find comfort and strength in calling upon the Lord. Washington,D.C. – Moms for America® applauds the United States Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in Mahmoud v. Taylor, which firmly protects the rights of parents to shield their children from classroom materials that conflict with deeply held religious beliefs. Furthermore, we commend recent analysis from Fulton County Speaks emphasizing the escalating threats to religious liberty in public schools.

In a powerful 6–3 decision on June 27, 2025, the Court held that public schools may not force elementary school children to participate in LGBTQ instruction without notice or an opt-out option, ruling it a breach of the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause.

“This ruling reaffirms what every parent knows: we are best equipped to guide our children’s moral and religious upbringing, not overreaching school policies,” said Kimberly Fletcher, Founder and President of Moms for America. “No government should have the power to undermine faith or impose lessons that violate a parent’s choice.”

Washington, D.C. – July 25, 2025 – Moms for America® strongly supports President Donald J. Trump’s signing of H.R. 4, the Rescissions Act of 2025, a bold and necessary move to eliminate wasteful and woke government spending that has long undermined American values and misused taxpayer dollars.

“This is a huge win for families across the country who are tired of footing the bill for radical, anti-American agendas,” said Kimberly Fletcher, Founder and President of Moms for America. “President Trump is once again standing up for parents, taxpayers, and the rule of law by cutting off funding to organizations that have lost their way, like NPR, PBS, and the United Nations and restoring fiscal principles to Washington.”

The legislation rescinds over 20 programs and accounts, including:

• Defunding woke media: The bill eliminates over $1 billion in future taxpayer funding to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, including NPR and PBS, entities increasingly known for promoting ideological narratives over journalistic integrity.

• Halting globalist agendas: It withdraws hundreds of millions from the United Nations and World Health Organization, demanding accountability from foreign entities and reinforcing American sovereignty.
• Cutting radical foreign aid: The bill removes funding from USAID programs that promote gender ideology, climate extremism, and abortion overseas. This will ensure American dollars serve American interests.
• Eliminating wasteful bureaucracy: From the U.S. Institute of Peace to duplicative aid foundations, the Rescissions Act fulfills its promise to streamline government and eliminate ideological bloat.

“Our moms have had enough of watching their hard-earned tax dollars funneled into foreign pet projects, climate propaganda, and divisive social experiments,” Fletcher continued. “This bill sends a clear message that the days of funding anti-family, anti-American programs are over. Victory for Religious Liberty: IRS Ruling Frees Pastors to Endorse Candidates Without Fear

As the CEO of Moms for America, I am thrilled by the recent IRS ruling that finally frees our pastors to endorse political candidates from the pulpit without fear of losing their tax-exempt status. This is a monumental victory for religious liberty, affirming that the First Amendment protects our faith leaders as they speak biblical truth on issues of justice, leadership, and righteousness.

For too long, the Johnson Amendment has silenced courageous voices in our churches, muzzling pastors who felt compelled to stay neutral amid cultural chaos. No more! This decision restores their God-given right to lead boldly, engage in our nation’s future, and guide families toward values that strengthen America.
